Measles Outbreak Hits 3 States

Federal health officials report Measles outbreaks in Washington State, Oregon and New York. 79 cases are reported so far, and the rapid spread of the disease is blamed on parents failing to vaccinate their children.  The CDC defines an outbreak as 3 or more cases reported.
